ANNE LAURE - Zoe Budwig

I came across Anne Laure in the 'Architextiles' book, worth having a look at. She works on projects that look at social and environmental change.

Chatham Seed Bank

Here you can see an image of the public walkway withing the seed bank.

The building structure weaves its way between the water's edge and the docks. A double circulation system creates pockets of public and private spaces but allowing visual connection between the two.

Knit Happens
Together, Anne Laure and Joanna Lewis developed large scale textile pieces for architectural space.

Here you can see a photograph at Liverpool Street, the deployable installations brighten up the place for the commuters. Something to think about for our work, we want to make a similar impact on people who enter the new building.
